11.3 Chen Jie Morning Analysis
On Tuesday, focus on the RBA decision, U.S. factory orders, and developments in the U.S. midterm elections. Official reserves remained at +23.02 tonnes, while institutional holdings edged down by 1.14 tonnes. After spiking to 3970 overnight, the price pulled back to close at 3946. It opened at 3949 this morning, dipped to 3942, then stabilized and rebounded. It is currently around 3952. The overnight pullback held above the 15-minute lower band at 3939, and this morning the price moved back above the 15-minute middle band at 3947. The 4-hour and 1-hour MACD histogram bars remain positive, and the bottoming rebound structure remains intact.
The daily chart has regained a foothold above the lower band at 3905, while the 12-hour KDJ has formed a bullish crossover at low levels. The swing recovery points toward the 12-hour middle band at 4022. However, last night's high of 3970 was rejected right at the 4-hour middle band at 3971, and the 4-hour KDJ is at a high level, indicating short-term resistance around 3971.
At around 3952, there is limited room up to the 4-hour middle band, so entering directly risks getting caught in a pullback after a spike. The 1-hour middle band has risen to 3929, coinciding with the 50% retracement level of yesterday's rally. The safest approach is to patiently wait for a pullback to the 1-hour middle-band support zone before entering.
Trading Strategy
Go long around 3925–3935, targeting 3965–3995–4025, with a stop at 3905 $XAUT
Precision Playbook: Decoding XAUT/USDT Harmonic Reversal and Breakout Dynamics
$XAUT (Gold) market is currently exhibiting a phase of consolidation and bullish recovery on higher timeframes.
Following a significant rejection from the 3,958 level, price action stabilized in the 3,880 support zone and is now carving a complex consolidation structure.
While the 4H chart shows a macro compression, the 1H and 15M charts reveal a nascent bullish momentum, with price trading above key Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs) and the Parabolic SAR indicating a potential shift in the immediate trend.
Traders are currently caught between a tight resistance cluster at 3,950 and strong foundational support at 3,920.
Chart Pattern & Harmonic Analysis
The Setup: Bullish Gartley / Bat Formation (Micro-Structure)
On the 1H and 15M charts, we can observe the completion of a Bullish Gartley pattern, a classic harmonic formation signaling a potential reversal or continuation of an uptrend.
· Point X: ~3,874 (Base of the recent impulse)
· Point A: ~3,958 (Local High)
· Point B: ~3,924 (Retracement of ~61.8% of XA – Strong Fibonacci support)
· Point C: ~3,945 (Retracement of ~38.2% of AB)
· Point D (Completion): ~3,928 – 3,932 (This is the critical 78.6% retracement of XA and the 161.8% extension of BC).
Confirmation of the Pattern:
1. Fibonacci Confluence: The D-point aligns perfectly with the 78.6% retracement level (the "sweet spot" for Gartley patterns) and the 1H EMA(20) at 3,929.
2. Indicator Alignment: The Parabolic SAR (0.02, 0.2) has flipped below the price on the 1H chart, and the Bollinger Bands are contracting (squeeze), indicating an impending volatility expansion.
3. Volume: The 15M chart shows a pick-up in volume at the D-point, suggesting institutional absorption of supply.
Strategic Trade Plan (Investment: $1,000)
This plan utilizes a Trend-Following Breakout Strategy combined with the harmonic reversal logic. We are entering on the breakout of the immediate consolidation to catch the impulse leg of the Harmonic pattern.
Capital: $1,000
Leverage: 1x (Spot Trading) or 3x (Low-Leverage Futures) – We will calculate spot value for safety.
· Entry Strategy (Buy Zone):
· Trigger: Buy on a 1H candle close above 3,942.50 (Clearing the recent Bollinger Band upper resistance and local EMA cluster).
· Alternative Aggressive Entry: Limit Buy at 3,930.00 (The Harmonic D-point).
· Position Size: 0.253 XAUT (approx. $998 at entry price of $3,942.50).
· Stop Loss (SL):
· Location: $3,905.00
· Reasoning: This is below the recent swing low (Point D) and the 1H EMA(50). If price breaks this level, the Harmonic pattern is invalidated.
· Risk: $37.50 (approx. 3.75% of capital).
· Take Profit (TP) Targets:
· TP 1 (Conservative): $3,958.25 (24h High and recent resistance). Secure 50% of position here.
· TP 2 (Target): $3,985.00 (1.618 Fibonacci extension of the AB leg).
· TP 3 (Runner): $4,020.00 (Psychological level and 4H resistance zone).
Combined Strategy: Bollinger Band Squeeze & EMA Ribbon
Why this strategy is best here:
The Bollinger Band Squeeze (visible on the 15M and 1H charts where the bands are tightening) indicates low volatility, which is typically followed by an explosive move. Combining this with the EMA Ribbon (5, 10, 20) provides directional clarity. The EMAs are flattening and beginning to slope upward, confirming the harmonic reversal. This confluence ensures we only enter when momentum aligns with the structural support.
Advantages:
· High Risk-to-Reward Ratio: The tight Stop Loss (below 3,905) against the high volatility target (3,985) offers a 1:2 or 1:3 R:R.
· High Probability: Harmonic patterns statistically have a high win rate when combined with indicator confluence (EMA and volume).
· Clear Invalidation: If the pattern fails, the stop loss is triggered early, protecting capital from deep drawdowns.
Limitations & Risks:
· Fake Breakouts: In a sideways market, price can breach 3,942 and immediately reverse. The 1H candle close confirmation is crucial to mitigate this.
· Fundamental Shocks: Gold is sensitive to USD news (CPI, NFP). A sudden macro event can invalidate technical setups instantly.
· Lagging Indicators: EMAs are lagging; by the time they cross perfectly, the move might have already occurred.

$BTC $ETH $XAUT

$XAUT A Potential Reversal Is Taking Shape, But Confirmation Matters.
XAUT is trading around $3,875 after a sharp correction from above $4,000. The selling pressure has pushed momentum into deeply oversold territory, putting the $3,865 support zone in the spotlight.
Here's my current game plan:
Market Structure
- Current price: Around $3,875
- Key support: $3,865
- Immediate resistance: $3,890
- 1H RSI: 28
- 4H RSI: 19
LONG WATCHLIST
Trigger: 1H candle closes above $3,890.
Entry: After confirmed breakout
SL: Below $3,865
Target 1: $3,920
Target 2: $3,950
Target 3: $3,990
What Could Go Wrong?
If XAUT loses $3,865 with a decisive breakdown, the bullish recovery idea is invalidated. Buyers need to defend support and establish stronger momentum before a sustainable bounce can develop.
My strategy is to wait for confirmation instead of chasing an oversold reading.
$3,890 is the level I'm watching. A successful reclaim could change the short-term picture.
