Injective rebounds from August low, eyes $15 target as bullish signals strengthen

Injective (INJ) is demonstrating clear signs of a potential bullish trend reversal, with technical indicators and on-chain data pointing toward renewed investor confidence. After a prolonged period of weakness, buyers appear to be reclaiming control of the token’s market structure.

Technical reversal fuels optimism

A recent analysis by crypto analyst Moe observed that INJ had broken out of its lower-low pattern, which dominated the market following its August decline. Moe identified $15 as a possible upside target if the positive momentum continues. The analyst suggested that this trajectory would first require INJ to stay above certain support levels while building on its recent gains.

The turnaround began as INJ rebounded from its August low of $3.95. Since then, the token has surpassed important technical thresholds, climbing above the $5.90 level and crossing previous swing highs. These moves have been accompanied by distinct green candlesticks on charting platforms, reflecting growing demand.

The structural break in the prevailing bearish trend suggests waning selling pressure. The emergence of higher highs and higher lows further supports the case for sustained upward momentum.

Analysts point out that “INJ is now positioned above all key exponential moving averages, which are arranged in a bullish configuration. These EMAs are expected to provide multiple layers of dynamic support during any near-term pullback.”

Momentum indicators and key levels

Momentum indicators also align with the ongoing recovery. The moving average convergence divergence (MACD) is trending above its signal line, and its histogram continues to show green bars, reinforcing the current bullish sentiment among traders.

However, the token faces resistance near $6.80, where price consolidation may take place. Analysts view $5.45 as a crucial support level — holding above this range could set the stage for another upward move, while falling below it risks undermining the newly established bullish structure.

Additional technical formations, including the EMA alignment, indicate that any corrections are likely to find support unless there is a broader market pullback.

Technical Indicator Status
Price Low (August) $3.95
Current Resistance $6.80
Key Support $5.45
Analyst Target $15

Derivatives and market activity

Recent data indicates mixed sentiment among derivatives traders. INJ derivatives trading volume has dropped by 23.95% to $136.10 million, reflecting a slowdown in market activity. However, open interest has climbed by 1.41% to $128.48 million, showing that participants are still holding their positions despite reduced trading volume.

Market observers suggest that rising open interest alongside increasing price action may lead to heightened volatility, especially around prominent resistance and support zones.

Real-world asset activity and long-term prospects

Injective has achieved a new milestone in its real-world asset initiatives. The project reported that over $1 billion in real estate mortgages have been tokenized on its platform, reinforcing its position in on-chain financial service integration.

This figure reflects Injective’s expanding use case within the broader tokenized asset ecosystem. RWA.XYZ, a platform tracking the adoption of tokenized real-world assets across various blockchains, also lists this activity.

Mini dictionary: RWA.XYZ is a specialized analytics platform that tracks the issuance, adoption, and movement of real-world tokenized assets across multiple blockchain networks, providing insights into growth and trends within this segment.

Market analysts caution that the $15 price target remains speculative and dependent on sustained upward momentum. Further gains are likely contingent on INJ maintaining its recovery pattern and confirming breakouts above identified resistance levels. Should bulls succeed in driving the price above $6.80 and holding $5.45 as support, the positive trend could remain intact.

October Non-farm Payrolls Reignite December Rate Hike Expectations! Wall Street Bets Probability Over 80%, "New Fed News Agency": AI Sell-off May Become a Policy Variable

After the non-farm payroll report, traders' bets on a December rate hike surged to as high as 85%. Wall Street analysts believe the report provides room for further rate hikes, bringing renewed pressure for a hike at a time when post-election market concerns over slowing AI development might dampen expectations. Some remain cautious about a December hike, as stock market volatility and AI investment prospects could restrain the Federal Reserve. "New Fed News Agency" notes the report has not shaken the Fed's outlook on economic growth and inflation, but whether AI asset sell-offs change financial conditions could become a new variable for the December decision. Attention should be paid to whether Waller values lagging employment data or forward-looking market signals.
