$NEAR is up 140% in 30 days, and bulls are already eyeing $10. The rally has traders looking beyond price action toward $NEAR Protocol’s cross-chain infrastructure and AI ambitions. But is this momentum backed by substance, or is the market getting ahead of itself again?

One analyst believes that this asset could become a dark horse this cycle, citing its focus on blockchain interoperability, autonomous AI agents, and token supply. The analyst’s bullish projection suggests that the token could target the $10 level.

$NEAR Intents Is Betting on Seamless Cross-Chain Swaps

$NEAR Intents lets users swap assets across blockchains without manually handling bridges, gas tokens, or liquidity routes. Users specify what they want to receive, and competing solvers attempt to execute the transaction.

The system has reportedly processed $30 billion in cumulative volume. Its bigger ambition is straightforward: users could access cross-chain infrastructure without needing to understand the machinery underneath.

AI Agents Could Give $NEAR Another Growth Driver

It is also developing infrastructure for autonomous AI agents. Through $NEAR Intents, those agents could execute cross-chain transactions without manually navigating multiple bridges.

The ecosystem has also announced a $20 million AI Agent Fund. That gives the AI narrative a concrete development to point to, although funding announcements alone don’t guarantee adoption.

Token Unlocks and Exploit Fears Need Context

Around 96.4% of its’s tracked supply is already unlocked, reducing the gap between circulating and fully diluted valuation compared with many older layer-1 tokens. Still, validator emissions continue increasing supply.

Meanwhile, a roughly $3.8 million exploit linked to $NEAR Intents triggered bearish sentiment. The incident wasn’t described as a compromise of the entire $NEAR blockchain, so treating it as a network-wide breach would miss an important distinction.

Can $NEAR Price Reach $10 From Here?

$NEAR price just approached $6, and the analyst says they accumulated below $3 for months. A move to $10 would represent a substantial advance from current levels, but it depends on broader market conditions and sustained demand.

$NEAR’s combination of cross-chain swaps and AI-agent infrastructure gives bulls a narrative to work with. Whether that translates into a $10 $NEAR price this cycle remains an open question.

Democrats to destroy the data center boom? Goldman Sachs bucks the trend with an upgrade forecast!

Goldman Sachs has raised its forecast for US data center construction spending against the trend, increasing the 2026 projection from $67 billion to $80 billion and, for the first time, projecting $125 billion for 2028. Despite the market panic caused by Texas's moratorium, Goldman Sachs believes this is essentially a delay rather than a termination, and the overall construction cycle remains resilient. However, highly leveraged developers face substantial risks from rising financing costs and contract cancellations.
