04:25 AM EDT, 10/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DXC Technology (DXC) has formed a partnership with LangChain to expand the use of governed artificial intelligence agents in enterprise IT operations, the company said Tuesday. The agreement adds LangChain's LangGraph framework and LangSmith tools to DXC's Oasis platform, which automates IT operations and is scaling toward 125 customer environments, the company said. DXC said Oasis reduced resolution times by an average of 95% across more than 500 measured use cases, with diagnostic accuracy of at least 92% compared with senior engineers' assessments. Filesystem incidents that previously took up to 90 minutes can now be resolved in three to six minutes, while complex problems that took days can be addressed in about 10 minutes, the company said. DXC said the platform includes controls for human approval of sensitive actions and supports deployment across public and private cloud environments. The company said OASIS is designed to work with different AI models and third-party or customer-owned systems.
