03:52 PM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DoorDash (DASH) is in advanced talks to acquire Maplebear (CART), which does business as Instacart, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter. The acquisition could be completed as soon as this week if the talks do not fall apart, the report said. DoorDash and Instacart did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
