3 Bearish Shiba Inu Indicators Suggest SHIB Could Fall Further

  • Rising selling volume signals stronger bearish pressure and weak buyer demand.
  • RSI weakens near oversold territory, suggesting momentum remains negative.
  • Bearish moving averages indicate SHIB could face further downside risk.

Shiba Inu is still facing strong pressure as sellers control price action. Several recovery attempts have failed during recent months, leaving many traders concerned about another decline. Technical data now highlights three bearish signals that deserve attention. Growing selling volume, weakening momentum, and unfavorable moving averages all point toward increased downside risk, especially if key support levels fail to hold during the coming sessions.

Rising Selling Pressure Signals Growing Weakness

One of the clearest warning signs comes from trading volume. Recent declines have arrived alongside stronger selling activity, which often reflects growing conviction among bearish traders. SHIB now approaches an important support zone between $0.00000460 and $0.00000480. Increased volume during downward moves suggests sellers remain active near current levels. Buyers have not shown enough strength to absorb this pressure. When volume rises during a decline, markets often struggle to establish a meaningful rebound.

That pattern increases the risk of further losses if support levels break. A drop below $0.00000460 could open the door to previous lows near $0.00000420. If bearish sentiment strengthens, the psychological $0.00000400 level may become the next major area of interest. Another warning comes from the Relative Strength Index. This popular momentum indicator has moved closer to the lower end of the neutral range. A declining RSI often reflects weakening market confidence.

Many traders view such movement as evidence that bullish momentum continues to fade. Although RSI approaches oversold territory, that alone does not guarantee a rebound. During extended downtrends, weak momentum can persist for long periods. Prices may continue falling even after oversold conditions appear. A move below the 30 level would strengthen the bearish case and could encourage more selling activity.

Moving Averages Continue to Favor Bears

Moving averages present another challenge for SHIB. Current price action remains below several key trend indicators, showing that sellers still control the broader trend. Short-term moving averages also continue to turn lower. That development raises the possibility of additional bearish crossovers. Such signals often reinforce negative sentiment and discourage fresh buying interest.

For a stronger recovery outlook, SHIB must reclaim resistance between $0.00000520 and $0.00000560. A move above that range would help improve technical conditions and attract renewed market confidence. Until then, downside risks remain significant. Rising selling volume, weakening RSI readings, and bearish moving-average alignment create an unfavorable setup.

Support at $0.00000460 remains critical in the near term. A break below that level could send SHIB toward $0.00000420, with $0.00000400 acting as a deeper support target. Unless buyers return with stronger conviction, bears appear likely to maintain control.

Has the AI bubble burst? Goldman Sachs: It's more like 1998 than 2000 right now

The Goldman Sachs trading desk stated that the current wave of sell-offs resembles the 1998 liquidity crisis more than the bursting of the 2000 bubble. It is a forced deleveraging rather than a refutation of business fundamentals. The market is drastically repricing construction financing and timeline expectations, rather than underlying demand. Moreover, the issues currently drawing the most attention from the market—electricity and licensing—are actually the least important, as limited supply does not equate to disappearing demand. The real question that needs to be answered is whether long-term revenues can ultimately justify the capital invested.
