12:27 PM EST, 11/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oracle's (ORCL) New Mexico data center power infrastructure developer, Yucca Growth Infrastructure, agreed to waive a deadline for a decision on a key air permit, giving state environmental regulators more time to review the application rather than deny it, Bloomberg reported Thursday. Yucca is relinquishing its right to a Nov. 23 decision, delaying the permitting process for the power generation infrastructure needed for Project Jupiter, a major data center Oracle is developing for OpenAI, according to the report. Oracle did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires. (Market Chatter news is derived from conversations with market professionals globally.
